When uninsured low-income adults that are not otherwise eligible for other publicly funded healthcare programs need healthcare coverage, they turn to programs like those offered by CMSP. For over two years, Upstreamers has proudly partnered with CMSP to develop communications strategies and integrated bilingual campaigns designed to enroll hard-to-reach Latino in its Path-To-Health and Connect-To-Care programs. Campaigns have included Digital Video, Audio, Banner ads, Paid Social, Websites, as well as more traditional guerilla tactics like Carteles and branded Promotional Materials.
